Projects being undertaken by AHCS

The Highland Clans have been offered space in the lobby of the Highland Archive & Registration Centre in Inverness to set up a permanent exhibition about the clans in the Highlands, if we can raise the funds for the purchase of display cases, boards, and a manikin to be robed in traditional Highland Dress. Part of the exhibition would change periodically to highlight a particular clan, the members of AHCS taking it in turn to be the featured clan. Donations towards this project should be sent to the Association of Highland Clans and Societies, c/o the Treasurer (click here for the Treasurer's contact details).

The AHCS is campaigning for better recognition on the Culloden battlefield for all the small clans that fought there in 1746 under the banner of a larger clan. Information about any such clans will be gratefully received by the Chairman (click here for the Chairman's contact details).

Suggestions for other projects that AHCS might undertake will be welcomed by the Secretary (click here for the Secretary's contact details).
